Our goals
The participants will become familiar with the fields of digitalization, the end-user trends, which will be relevant in the next 1-3 years and also the challenges their sector is facing.
We focus on creating and stabilizing the innovation culture. We believe that our training could also be a valuable team-building event.
We give you the first essential step: we inspire by examples and provide tips to improve your services.
The digital transformation is not a goal, it’s an equipment – to be future-proof, we emphasize creating flexible, adaptable teams which are open to changes/developments/cooperation.

"I’m grateful because I always had the chance to learn from the best mentors and leaders. I started working as an economist in the field of marketing first, then I moved on to become an IT service manager. I turned to innovation and digitalization in 2018 as part of the most interesting project I’ve ever worked on: Surf Studio, an innovation hub. It inspired me so much that I'm still working in this field next to my full-time job. Dynamism, experience and customer-orientation first – that is my motto."

"I spent most of my life abroad in different countries as an entrepreneur and an explorer. These like one another. Fueled by curiosity.
The innovation is getting to know the unknown and spreading it. For me ones freedom stands above everything, but can be restricted without knowledge.
My goal is to relief this restriction.
My hobby is racing. Whatever with: car, motorbike, airplane - just the gas can be pushed!"

/Abraham Lincoln/
"I’ve studied marketing at Corvinus University, and specialized in CSR and innovation. Both as a university student and a scout my goal is to build a better future together. During my studies I’ve realized the importance and power of innovation, and later at a multinational company I experienced the advantages of driving on the innovation highway. I see a huge amount of potential and it inspires me to help my amazing team organize workshops and realize projects. It's important for me that others also utilize the potential of innovation. I will broaden my international knowledge so that we can introduce brand new technologies to our partners."

As a Psychology graduate and current Marketing Master’s student, I am passionate about understanding human behavior and connecting it to creative strategy. I believe the most impactful work happens at the intersection of empathy, organization, and innovation, that structure and empathy go hand in hand—and that the best outcomes arise when we understand not just what we do, but why and for whom.
