Innovation potential analysis
1. Step: Company Assessment
During the first phase of the analysis we outline the company's 4-6 key processes/services based on data provided by the client and interviews we conduct with managerts and employees.
2. Step: Trend analysis
In the second phase, Future-Now team conducts a targeted trend research. We analyse the 15 trends and technologies that are most relevant for the client in the next 2-3 years (origins, how do they work, future outlook, present doubts). As part of the research, we collect use cases from the sector of the client.
3. Step: Process-technology matrix
The next step is to examine the possible uses of these 15 trends and technologies in the 4-6 key processes/services agreed in step 1. In this step we identify which relevant technologies can transform the internal processes/services into competitive advantage. If required we take into account current subsidy and patent opportunities.
4. Step: Prioritisation and execution roadmap
The fourth step is a workshop with delegated leaders and experts of the client. Together, we prioritise the opportunities using the Impact-Effort Matrix method and create their ideal implementation order.
5. Step: Result
In the end a comprehensive presentation is created of the ordered list of innovative proposal package on the technological, process and possible organisational changes necessary to reach the full innovation potential of the company. The document also describes the required resources in terms of equipment and time, plus it should be digestible by anyone who was not involved in its creation. In case the management decides to carry out one or more of the proposed solutions, we offer our help also in the execution process.
