Our goals
The participants will become familiar with the fields of digitalization, the end-user trends, which will be relevant in the next 1-3 years and also the challenges their sector is facing.
We focus on creating and stabilizing the innovation culture. We believe that our training could also be a valuable team-building event.
We give you the first essential step: we inspire by examples and provide tips to improve your services.
The digital transformation is not a goal, it’s an equipment – to be future-proof, we emphasize creating flexible, adaptable teams which are open to changes/developments/cooperation.

/Hioszti Tatiosz/
"I’m grateful because I always had the chance to learn from the best mentors and leaders. I started working as an economist in the field of marketing first, then I moved on to become an IT service manager. I turned to innovation and digitalization in 2018 as part of the most interesting project I’ve ever worked on: Surf Studio, an innovation hub. It inspired me so much that I'm still working in this field next to my full-time job. Dynamism, experience and customer-orientation first – that is my motto."
Balázs Erdei, Partner

"'Do whatever you want, but be one who can want!"
/Friedrich Nietzsche/
"I spent most of my life abroad in different countries as an entrepreneur and an explorer. These like one another. Fueled by curiosity.
The innovation is getting to know the unknown and spreading it. For me ones freedom stands above everything, but can be restricted without knowledge.
My goal is to relief this restriction.
My hobby is racing. Whatever with: car, motorbike, airplane - just the gas can be pushed!"
Krisztina Kovács, Junior Project Manager
“Knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice.”
/Csehov/
"As a student and young adult, I find it important to keep up with technological innovation and handle the challenges of the changing world. Both with my lifestyle and work I aspire to create a better world and to follow the pace of the digital development. Inspired. Curious. Determined. Working with this amazing team is inspiring and I think I can gather useful knowledge with them. I’m eager to learn about modern solutions and development. I’m determined to provide innovative and understandable technical support for people in need with this team."
Vivien Pallós, Project Assistant
"Consistency is the playground of dull minds."
/Yuval Noah Harari/
"I've studied international relations as my first degree, and as someone who is relatively new to the labour market I think it is extremely important to have an open mind towards new opportunities. For me, this open-mindedness is part of innovation.
As a member of Future Now I can experience what it's like to work in an inspiring environment where I'm able to acquire new and valuable knowledge while developing my skillset through various projects.
I'm very happy that, alongside my university studies I can work with a team that is supportive, open to new ideas and contributes to our cooperation with high expertise."
Zsombor Hermann, Project Manager
“Always bear in mind that your own resolution to success is more important than any other thing.”
/Abraham Lincoln/
"I’ve studied marketing at Corvinus University, and specialized in CSR and innovation. Both as a university student and a scout my goal is to build a better future together. During my studies I’ve realized the importance and power of innovation, and later at a multinational company I experienced the advantages of driving on the innovation highway. I see a huge amount of potential and it inspires me to help my amazing team organize workshops and realize projects. It's important for me that others also utilize the potential of innovation. I will broaden my international knowledge so that we can introduce brand new technologies to our partners."
Liszka János, Junior Project Manager
“It's still magic even if you know how it's done.”
/Terry Pratchett/
"As an IR student, my most important realization was that I am fueled by curiosity – not towards specialization, but rather, towards new possibilities. Life is made up of interconnected systems and we have no reason to not want to know about them as much as we can. It’s like board gaming: you’ll be sure to have fun, you just have to find the right rulebook and companions. Future-Now gives me the opportunity to exploit my curiosity and my playful thoughts. I can get to know new systems, and together, we develop the most effective strategies – to share this knowledge with other people."
